Centrally and conveniently located on the SkyTrain line in Metro Vancouver, New Westminster is a great place to call home. 


New Westminster may be BC's oldest city, but it has gone through a transformation in the last few decades. Historic architecture and modern designs come together to create a vibrant community. 


Lots of walkable neighbourhoods are woven together throughout the city from the downtown waterfront area to the residential areas of Sapperton and over the bridge to Queenborough.

The waterfront is a vibrant and eclectic area that has been steadily growing for decades. The new seasonal Q-to-Q ferry connects the Quay with Port Royal in Queenborough.
