Centrally and conveniently located on the SkyTrain line in Metro Vancouver, New Westminster is a great place to call home. 


New Westminster may be BC's oldest city, but it has gone through a transformation in the last few decades. Historic architecture and modern designs come together to create a vibrant community. 


Lots of walkable neighbourhoods are woven together throughout the city from the downtown waterfront area to the residential areas of Sapperton and over the bridge to Queenborough.


There's plenty to do in the Royal City, with parks, the River Market and shopping. Hit Front Street to pick up some antiques (and while you're there, spot many local popular filming destinations). Or catch sight of many brides-to-be checking out the bridal salons along Columbia Street. 


The waterfront is a vibrant and eclectic area that has been steadily growing for decades. The new seasonal Q-to-Q ferry connects the Quay with Port Royal in Queenborough. The revitalized riverfront market and pier park attract tons of locals and visitors. The boardwalk is a year-round hot spot for pedestrians and cyclists alike.Q to Q Ferry
